Inline sensor chamber for Gecko's Waterlab system. Provides a sealed, purpose-built sampling body with the correct seat depth for the Waterlab probe and a controlled bypass flow for stable readings. Compact layout with service-friendly access for draining and probe removal.
What it does
- Holds the Waterlab probe in a flowing sample stream for consistent measurements.
- Maintains stable hydraulics in a bypass/low-pressure section of the circulation line.
Compatibility (quick checks)
- Works with Gecko Waterlab probe (sold separately).
- Mount in a bypass loop or other low-pressure section after the filter.
- Ports accept 3/8", 1/2", or 3/4" tubing via supplied barb fittings.
- No fixed flow direction: either valve can be inlet or outlet.
Install tips
- Isolate and depressurise before cutting pipework.
- Prefer near-vertical mounting; keep probe/valves within ±5° of vertical.
- Establish at least 0.5 GPM through the chamber; leave space for valve operation and probe service.
- Use PVC solvent where specified on the valves/fittings; pressure-test on completion.
Common mix-ups
- This is the chamber only; the probe is a separate part.
- Generic filter housings are not suitable?seat depth and flow path differ.
Safety
- Use appropriate solvent weld/unions and allow full cure before power-up.
- Re-check for leaks after the first heat cycle.
