Filtration Sand and gravel media is a mainstay of the industry and has been and still is very popular in all Sand filters used in the pool industry.
We stock both the Coarse Silica Gravel 6mm and the Finer 16/30 Silica san. Please use the drop down above to select the product required.
Both the sand and gravel are sold in 25Kg Bags
Option 1 - Coarse Silex gravel (also known as Pea gravel)
Option 2 - Specially Graded 16/30 Filter Silica Sand (Also great for aquariums - Just rinse the dust prior to use. No additives, 100% Silica Sand)
It's quite common to have a 20% base of the coarse Pea Gravel and 80% of the Finer 16/30 Sand. However we advise you check the filter manufactures recommendation for application
