What measurement is this item? I need several 70mm escutcheon to replace the ones in my bath which have peeled!

Stainless steel snap on escutcheon used on the waterway polyjets, face outside diameter 3-7/16". Smaller back piece outside diameter 2-1/8" front to back 1-1/4" the face on this is slightly curved on the front and is about 5/16" front to back.
