The Pure Spa Hot Tub Covers are a great way to provide all round protection while also retaining heat, saving energy and money.

Made to exact measurements, ensuring a perfect fit to your spa whatever the make, model and size of Hot Tub required to cover.

Built to a high spec to unsure your Hot Tub is protected and efficiently with the following features:

•  An encapsulated 150 EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) with 125mm-75mm drop
• A Zintec reinforced U-shaped channel
• Heat sealed full length centre.
• Four locking side clips
• Split side skirt that can be up to 150mm
• Vinyl outer top - UV resistant polyester cloth with PVC coating on one side.
• Vinyl outer underside - UV resistant polyester cloth with both sides PVC coated.
• Stitched throughout with a polyester UV treated thread
• Choice of Brown, Tan or Charcoal Grey. 

Maximum dimensions of 2500 mm x 2440 mm

Dimension A & B Length & Width 

• When measuring your spa for a new cover, be sure to keep your tape measure straight at all times, we suggest taking measurements in at least 3 locations for each dimension to be sure.
• If dimension A and dimension B (length & width) are almost identical it is most likely your spa is a square spa.
• If you are in doubt of any sizing we suggest rounding up to the nearest cm. Your cover will sit fine up to 2.5cm larger than your dimensions. It is better to have a cover that is slightly larger than too small.

Dimension C - Measuring the Straps

Our strap length is fully customisable to suit your spa and cover, please specify the length required when completing your spec sheet.

• Be sure to measure from the underside of your cover down to the top of the clip.
• We provide 4 new locking clips.

Dimension R - Corner Radius

• The easiest way to measure your corner radius is to use a carpenters square, however if you dont have one of these you can simply use a ruler and straight edge. Remember the smaller the radius the more square the corners are. If you are unsure smaller is safer!

Dimension S - Measuring the Skirt

The skirt is vital for retaining heat and protecting the acrylic on your spa.

• Make sure to measure the skirt so that is long enough for it to completely cover the acrylic.
• The skirt provides protection against UV rays to prevent any fading of your acrylic/spa.
• Keep in mind that spas sunk into decking may require a shorter skirt.

• Choose from Brown, Charcoal Grey or Tan.
