Hi will this fit on a magnaflow 440 2 speed and is it necessary to remove the pump drive spidle to attach? thanks sally

Thank you for your email,
The HA440 pump is completely obsolete & therefore there isn't another wet end on the market that will fit onto the shaft of your HA440
You will have to replace the complete pump with its newer version, please see link below;
